AN OUTLINE OF THE 2012 ENGLAND QUALIFYING MATCHES ORGANISED BY

THE FEDERATION OF MIDLAND FLY FISHERS (ANGLIA).

·         The two 2012 Qualifiers are being held on 27th May at Rutland and on 17th June at Grafham. The two days before will be practice days.

·         The English National is also being fished at Bewl Water on Friday the 21st of September. There will soon be final details on the England Fly Fishing website www.te-ff.org. The two days before will be practice days.

·         All Entry Forms, accompanied by a cheque for £40 made out to FMFF(A) to cover boat costs etc. should be sent to John Mees, Grafham Water Fishing Lodge, Perry, Nr. Grafham, Cambridgeshire, PE28 0BX. The closing date will be 14^th April.

·         Entrants must be member of one of the Federation’s clubs. Full details of the clubs are on this website.

·         Entry Forms are available at all Anglian Water fishing lodges.

·         Entry Forms can be down loaded from this website.

·         The boat draw for the Qualifying Matches will be held at Grafham Water Fishing Lodge at 7.00pm on 26th April. All are welcome to attend.

·         Following the survey carried out using the entry forms for the 2011 FMFF(A) Qualifiers there will be no change to the catch-and-release or time bonus arrangements in 2012. Thank you to all competitors who returned the survey forms. There was a substantial majority in favor of keeping the current arrangements.
